With over 8 years of experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL), research, and data analytics, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Lily has worked extensively in global health security, managing multi-country projects funded by organizations like Rockefeller and Pfizer, supporting health initiatives across Africa.

Previously, as a Regional MEL Officer at AMREF Health Africa, Lily designed and implemented MEAL frameworks, conducted participatory research, and led capacity-building efforts for teams in multiple African countries. She played a critical role in developing learning strategies and systems, enhancing accountability, and fostering data-driven decision-making.

Her commitment to advancing public health and youth programming is evident through her work as a Youth Advocate for AMREF's Y-ACT initiative, where she championed sexual and reproductive health rights and gender equality.
