Drawing on more than one decade of work across Africa, he is a leading voice on foundational learning who turns rigorous evidence into measurable impact. He champions data-driven approaches, digital literacy and emerging tools like AI to reach children at scale, and partners with governments and funders to shape public policy from early childhood onward. Elisha Caleb holds a Masters in Public Policy and Management from Strathmore University, Nairobi.
